In a Pink Kind of Mood
Hello Friends, You are invited in to my table setting just for my sweet husband and myself. We celebrated our anniversary last week and dined out but I also set a table at home for us.
I definitely felt in kind of a pink frame of mind.
These pink cabbage plates are among my favorites. I love the color!
I covered the birdcage, which I love, in a vine and surrounded it with my Fitz and Floyd parrots. I have had these beauties for years.
I found this crystal decanter in an antique shop some years ago. I love, love it.
I hope you enjoyed our table….we did. ;-)

What a beautiful table you have set. It would be hard to find something like that dining out. Hope that dinner out was good and you enjoyed your anniversary celebration. Sometimes though there is just no place like home. Special touches like you have there do make a difference.

I went to purchase the green cabbage dishes, and ended up getting the pink as well! They are beautiful on your tablecloth--every detail is just gorgeous!

Here we are...January 10, 2012...and I am looking over some posts I put in MY FAVORITES and came across this one....it still is one of my favorite! The pink and white china, crystal stemware, etc. are beautiful, but what "stole my heart" were the pink parrots and the birdcage!!!! They are gloriously gorgeous!!
