Hi Bloggy Friends, hope you are doing well and getting ready for spring. The weather is lovely but the pollen is awful right now...giving me some terrible sinus headaches. Ouch! 
This is just a peek at my new Studio/Craft Room/Sitting Area....I will save the room for the Creative Spaces Blog Party in June. I participated last year and had such a great time. The room is far from completed and I am taking my time...enjoying the process. ♥
The entire 'feel' of my Studio has changed and I have removed about three quarters of the supplies. That was a very painful thing for me to do and required a great deal of thought and work. I have also removed most of the color from the room. Yikes...what a job. It will now be neutrals with washes of peaches, pinks and lavendars. I believe it is good to change from time to time....refreshes the spirit.
This little guy has been my helper. Isn't he cute? This is my little Mikey and he is devoted to his mommy. Hehe ♥

Your little dog is adorable. Just look at that cute little face! I suffer with sinus headaches too. Aren't they just awful. What do you take and does it do any good? Remedy needed.
The colours in your studio are just great, my favourites for this Spring and very fashionable too, so I've noticed.

The studio looks pretty. We are in Florida also and the pine pollen is awful. We've all been suffering w/ headaches & soreness but it'll be gone soon enough. Can't wait to see all the redecorating pics in June. Have a good evening.

I went back and did pay visit to your wonderful studio! I don't know how you could make it any better than it is..BUT, I have a feeling the newest design is going to be just wonderful. I don't know how you can eliminate any one thing? Yes, it must be hard..but I bet you will love the new space! Bet it will allow the creative juices to flow like a constant bubbling brook! Can't wait for June..

I went through my sewing/craft room about a month ago and got rid of old books and supplies too. At first, it was hard to do...but after I got all finished, it felt good and my studio looked better.
Your little helper is too cute!! I can't get over how much Mikey looks like my little Chloe.

Barb, Looks like you're off to a great start redoing your space. Love the color scheme. So soothing and somewhat playful and sexy at the same time.

Sorry about the headaches. I've been having sneezing fits here on the otherside of the country. Your space looks so peaceful...love the peek of your book collection. You're really going to make us wait until June!
It sounds like you are making headway there. I know it must be a little overwhelming at times but in the end it will be just wonderful for you to have that special space to enjoy. Anything I do these days is at a much slower pace and I find contentment in the moments as they come. I love your sweet little Mikey. His cute little face makes me smile. What a blessing to have him by your side.

Anyway, I can hardly wait to see all the changes that you have made to your awesome studio! I know that I just loved how you had it before...in fact, I just swooned every time I seen photos of it!
