Feeling the Excitement

Fall Fever….yep, I have it bad! Hold me back! I have bins of Fall goodies spread out all over my studio….I use this room as command central to organize myself. I am always a bit surprised at the amount of things I actually have once I start unpacking them. (Don’t tell my husband!) :-)

One of the most delightful parts of this unpacking are the smells of so many of my Fall items. I have waxed pinecones that just take me directly into my imagination…..I can almost feel the crisp, cool air.

I am trying to decide if I want to put up my Fall Village this year. It is massive and a ton of work but when it is completed….it will be fabulous. Should I?

What a Summer

Reflecting and Thinking Ahead

Hi Friends, how is your summer going? This has been the most jam-packed summer I can remember in years! Can you feel that it is coming to a close? Where did the time go? 

I haven’t started decorating for Fall as of yet….simply because I haven’t had the time. Yikes. But, I am chomping at the bit. The stores are chock full of Autumn goodies and my heart skips a beat each time I go in one…..especially Home Goods and Michaels. Yes!

Anyway, just popping in for a quick hello. Thank you so much to everyone who visits Bella Vista. I do appreciate all of you.

Have a Lovely Weekend

Working….Playing…..Relaxing

I hope you have a lovely weekend, dear Bloggy Buddies. I will be working most of the weekend. My husband and I hope to finish our remodeling job on our rental home. This has been ongoing for about four months. We have done just about everything ourselves except replacing the windows in the home. It looks wonderful and we are really praying for good renters to take care of it. It has been hard work but we have enjoyed it, for the most part, and being together is the best. We are super blessed to be able to do the work ourselves. :-)

I couldn’t help including just a touch of Fall in the picture above to say that I am having a  Fall Surprise Gift coming up soon. Please stay tuned for it.

A Quick Note

Rooster Party Details

Just a quick note to touch base with all my Rooster Buddies and Non-Rooster Buddies :-)

The Rooster Party is this coming Friday, August 6th. I will post on Thursday evening between 7 and 8. If you could post during the evening before the party, it would be wonderful. This would be so helpful to our friends that rise and shine so early on Friday morning. If not, please don’t worry about it.

Also, please remember, if you do not see your blog name on the Party Link List, (on my sidebar..just scroll down a bit) bring it to my attention. Several ladies have not listed a URL and their profiles have provided me with no information….so it is impossible to link them.
