A Little Tray of Treats

A Special Time for the Two of Us

012

My tabletop vignette is on a bench this week.  Please visit Marty’s blog at A Stroll Thru Life for a list of all the participants. Thanks for hosting this fun event, Marty.

My husband and I often take a glass of white wine and some fruit to the porch after dinner during this time of the year. The fresh fruit is much more healthy than a full blown dessert and this gives us time to sit and relax and talk about our day.

I love sharing little parts of my life with you. I do hope you all are well and enjoying this beautiful weather.

Sitting and relaxing on the porch is a treat for sure. I love seeing the fresh cherries there on your tray. It reminds me that I should look for some to serve to go along with a red white and blue theme for the Memorial Day weekend ahead.

That is a great way to end the day. The wine paired with fruit can be so delicious. Actually add some Brie cheese and a nice chunk of healthy seed filled bread and you have dinner and dessert in one.

Utter perfection! Those creamy white dessert cups with the lacy, white napkin is just so lovely ~ especially contrasted against the deep red of the cherries!

I've said it before, but there's something so profoundly elegant about the lighting in your home. It really helps to create a peaceful, tranquil elegance in all of your photos.

Have you ever considered staging homes for a sideline? I think you'd be MARVELOUS at it!

Oh Barb, what a cozy looking nook! Those cherries look yummy but I'm in love with that white tray! How precious! I don't remember seeing it before. Course my memory isn't too sharp these days. LOL

Thanks for your sweet comments on my flowers & blue *basket*. I can't wait to schedule another dinner party so I have an excuse to fill it with white flowers. :-)
