I Just Adore Alexandra Stoddard
This morning, while sitting at my desk in my studio, I was pondering this sweet book. It changed my life when I read it in the early 90’s. Living a Beautiful Life by Alexandra Stoddard was written in 1986 and is still being published to this day! The cover has changed several times and this is my original one. I adore it!
My entire perspective changed after reading this……I started paying far more attention to the ‘little things’ in my life and being more grateful. This book also helped me to be the ordered person I am today. Once you read about how order plays such an important part of a happy life….you won’t want to live any other way.
So dear bloggy friends, I wanted to share this with you. Try and read this if you can….you will love it. Hope you have a wonderful and happy day!
Barb

Interesting take on the book. I read it years ago and enjoyed the ideas, but didn't have the same take. I think I'll go back and take another look!

This particular book is the only one of Alexandra Stoddard's books that I own, and it all makes sense to me that you would have read it. Your blog exemplifies her words and ideas beautifully. You would make her proud. I also learned so much from this book when I read it. I still refer back to it quite often. It taught me how to appreciate the tiny little things of life. Thanks for sharing this with all of us today.
