Good morning sweet Barb, Today is my hubby's birthday so I will be spending my day getting some goodies ready for him...He had to work today, but we will be celebrating when he gets home...Anyway, have fun in your beautiful studio and have fun being creative. My big outing today is the lab! Whoo hoo!! When I get back I am going to water my outside pots...that is about as exciting as it is here!! Have fun creating!!
Chores at home for me, no fun... well except for Alex and Avery are here with me for a little visit. I have so much to do and would rather just be lounging at the beach:) Enjoy your day my friend! HUGS!
G'morning Barb.. for starters, I need to get up, get out of my jammies and shower.. the sun is out, snow dusting all melted so me thinks I'll just grab the Nikon and head out the door for some creative shots.. a lot of "should be dones' but this is Monday.. and creativity calls.. enjoy that beautiful , inspiring studio.. perhaps if I organized the messy signs of my brilliant mind in my office, I too could produce a bit more.. but first..gotta catch the sun.. outta here til later.. warmest hugs..laughing smiles.. I am babysitting for my 2 month old grandson. He is napping and I'm playing on the computer right now. Decorative painting is a love of mine too. I have a desk in my craft room with brushes and paints just waiting for me when I have some free time. s
What a sweet lil figurine. I'm playing decorator today, as I got a few neat pieces at an antique mall yesterday. Always requires changing things up to make room for the new/old!!
I played house! I took everything off my dresser and nightstand and changed it up a little. Dusted and freshened things up...I like doing that! Love a day spent with paint brushes! I think I'll plan one soon! ♥
I've finished painting from this weekend, today I have to catch up with all the other stuff that I got behind on, you know, laundry, cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming all that good stuff!!!
She is very petty, Barb! She will be even prettier after she is painted, can't wait to see. As usual, I am gardening but taking a break right now.....Christine

My sewing machines are buried at the moment, but this is THE week to get things in order & inspiring in my studio! A quick stop at the my dealer's shop has me ready to do some projects. Good morning Barb. So much catching up to do after being gone. And work is just . . . A ZOO! I would so love to just go in my studio and just BE! I have things to get done and no time to do them. But tomorrow . . . thank goodness . . . tomorrow I will have my own time! I loved this post. It really just makes you want to take time to smell the roses. Or the Jasmine in my case! :) Pure Heaven that's what it smells like. Gotta get out the door - I'm going to be late! HAGD! Karen
I have been painting walls long enough….today, I am doing some decorative painting. Think I will spend the bulk of the day in my studio. What bliss!
