Baking and Decorating

I Just Love This Time of the Year

IMG_0871

I made this cake last Christmas and I am making another one this evening. It is soooo delicious!

This is the tree we decorated for our little den. Yep, I have put up and decorated four (!) trees this year…..am I nuts or what? (Don’t answer that!) Ha! I collected Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments for about 15 years…so they are everywhere!

Don’t forget about my follower appreciation giveaway. It goes through Wednesday.

I need a narrow tree like this. Yours is so pretty and colorful! We had a huge one and gave it away for lack of room. I will look for one of these at the post-Christmas sales.

I think your den tree is beautiful. I love what I call pencil trees. They are the perfect size and they fit almost anywhere. Also, your family room tree is beyond beauiful. I love it. I tend to be a traditional kind of gal at Christmas time.
Hugs, Sue

Everything looks so beautiful! My Dad worked for Hallmark for 40 years, my husband still works there going on 28 years, I worked there for 16 years. You can only imagine how many of those keepsake ornaments I have on my tree :) And it is still the kids favorite tree as they see all the ornaments that are theirs. Thanks for sharing! Happy Holidays!!!
