How Are Your Christmas Plans Coming Along?
Hi Everyone, thought I would pop in for a minute and see how everyone is doing. Like most of you, I am up to my ears in Christmas decorations. Yikes….what a mess and what fun! My hubby and I are also switching out the furniture in two rooms of our home and this is like moving……why do I get these wild hairs!!!!! Ha! Also, I am in the process of learning Windows Live Writer…..so hope this comes out okay.
I hope you are well and enjoying your Thanksgiving leftovers. I will be back to regular blogging in just a bit.

I know what you mean about the Christmas decorations Barb. Isn't it fun moving things around to another room? Can't wait to see when you are all decorated.
By the way, I have not been able to go to your other blog (Bella Vista at Home) and don't know why.

It is as ever - busy busy Saturday here. So much to do so little time...Even with a long 4 day weekend. Hope you are successful in all your decorating too!

Same here... Hubby is out putting up the lights on the house. I am getting the tree set up. Well I will be in a few minutes,ha!

It is time consuming getting ready for Christmas. Suddenly we find places that need to be cleaned or switched around, By the time we get to the decorations, we are beat!!

Switching the rooms again! You do have a patient husband. I'm luck to get mine to switch out the summer rug for the winter rug in our living room. Humm....speaking of which. That's a good project for today! I'll be eager to see the changes. Hugs ~ Sarah

How do you like my Santa boot?
I've been in overdrive since September - and there's no let up in sight! I love this time of year: parties, decorating, baking, shopping, galas, friends, family, and so much fun! Tom is outside finishing up the lights while I've been indoors packing away my lovely fall things and bringing up my Christmas ones! Just seeing my holiday dishes made my heart flutter!

We took out decorations yesterday from storage and have put them out today. Of course I have moved them around so many times I have made my husband dizzy:) Then we went to Ikea and bought more Christmas balls to put in big jars and empty vases. Thankfully this only happens once a year but it sure is fun:)

Hi Barb! We just rolled in from our Thanksgiving trip so we aren't decorating just yet. It's on the schedule tomorrow...if we aren't too pooped!

Trying to do some decorating also. Pulled a muscle in my leg and can't stay on it for a very long time, so it is slow going.

Hi Barb. Silly me started painting my bedroom furniture right as the season was about to begin. I thought it wouldn't take long. Ha! My wonderful son put the lighted deer out front for me, and that's all that's gotten done. Hope I get it all up before Christmas gets here. Have fun! Rosie
I'm like you, Barb...I just can't find enough hours, or even minutes, to do everything, so have to take a tiny blogging break to get some decorating done.
