Three or More Tuesday

Hi and welcome to Three or More Tuesday hosted by Tam at The Gypsy's Corner. Please visit her blog for a list of participants.

Byers' Choice Carolers

I have been collecting Byers' Choice Carolers for about five years. I am quite passionate about my collection. The fact that they are handmade is so very special to me. The dress of the Carolers is late nineteenth century during the Dickens era.

The Fall Carolers are my very favorites and they are much harder to find than the Christmas Carolers. Since Fall is my favorite season....these are so special to me.

My Christmas Collection is large....just ask my husband. Ha.

Here, I have some of my Carolers displayed on the family room mantel last Christmas. I do hope you enjoyed my collection. Thank you so much for stopping in.

Your collection is so beautiful. Just a wonderful thing to collect!
The beach photo is of 3 of my little grands on the beach...we were on a little island in Grand Caymen. We had been out swimming with the sting rays and it was so much fun...I'll never forget it. There were 14 of us and we did have a blast for 7 whole days together. Too fun...now...I wanna go again with all of 'em !! :)

Hi Barb,
Yes, me too ~ every time I see them I think of you. I'd never heard of the carolers until you introduced us to their beauty & charm. There is a very lovely gift shop right here in Pavilion that has a HUGE display of them. They're on display year round.

Hope you're having a great week so far.
Hugs to you,
Mardell

Barb,
Looking at your sweet collection of carolers is like taking a step back in time, to the days when times were much simpler and wholesome.

I like Fall too, in fact I like every season better than summer! Yesterday was a record setting 111 degrees here!
Come on fall!

Stay cool sweetie girl!!

Now you have performed a valuable service with this post -- we received a pair of the Fall carolers at Thanksgiving, and now I know what they are!
Your collection is impressive -- and I love a glimpse of Christmas in summer time.
Thanks!

Hello Barb, your Carolers are just adorable I have not seen these before but they certainly made me smile. I used to go to Covent Garden craft fair and buy toys for my nieces and nephews (all hand made). I am sure at the time they would have preferred some high-tech funky gadget but now they are all grown they still have those wonderful toys and often thank me, there is just so much more character in these and your collection is just stunning, I am off to check out their site now, happy summer days and 4th July my friend, hugs, Kathy.
