Cloches



My Cloches and Apothecary Jars



I adore little bird sets and have used one of those sets in this jar.


I made this bird in a ceramics class.


More little birds....I just love them!





I had to include some red!


No display would be complete without a Rooster. Ha.

  2. Barb, I just love all the different ways you've used and decorated your cloches. Your stands for them are also so pretty. I really like the little birds and the one you made is so pretty. Your rooster is just adoreable under the cloche. Now I would never have thought about putting the berries under one. What a great idea. I don't think I would have thought of using the marble as filler- thanks for the idea. Great decorating ideas. I will be back to visit your blog again.... Sue

    Okay...I have to tell you that my very favorite is that beautiful bowl of bing cherries under the cloche...I'm with you on getting some of that pretty red color in! Hehe!     The cherries look fabulous - the colors are so vivid. You've got me craving cherry pie or cherry cobbler now :)

    You are the sweetheart! Your kind message yesterday made me feel warm all over. Although I have never met Niki, we have become friends through email. I am old enough to be her mom! I appreciate any kind of love generated through out blog land for her and Marcus.
    I glanced at your blog yesterday as I was rushing out the door to care for my FIL who broke his shoulder last month and is not strong enough for a shoulder replacement. After seeing your post I thought I was missing the party!:-)
    I LOVED all your beautiful ideas. They are so creative and gorgeous. From the elegant ones to the beautiful cherries which had such a happy color and well you know the roosters all make me smile. The beautful greery and the beautiful bird you made in a ceramics class was awesome.
